Low-High Rise Building Retrofit 

Older low -high rise developments are often constructed with masoned exteriors.  As these buildings age, the exteriors deteriorate rapidly due to insufficient or the absence of air/vapour barriers and insulation.  This deficiency causes condensation.  Because of the Freeze-thaw cycle, the brick facing deteriorates over time.  Water is able to penetrate through the brick causing further destruction to the building.  After water penetrates into the exterior envelope, mould may form.
